Once you have had a place confirmed by Blackpool Council, the school office will be in touch with all the necessary information.

Children who transfer to the school will normally have a brief induction to the school. This will consist of:

• Information given to the parent prior to the child starting school.
• Parent and child will tour the school with a member of staff.
• If your child has a specific need, a meeting will be held with the relevant member of staff to ensure the most appropriate provision is in place prior to the child starting school.
• Class teachers will allocate a ‘friend’ in class to look after the new pupil.

Please note, before your child starts with us, we will need to see your child’s birth certificate.  If you are having trouble locating this document, school may be able to help, so just ask for assistance.
